Should they identify any discrepancies between the actual condition of the device and the initial description you provided, this might result in an adjustment to the buyback offer. 

But worry not – our system will automatically generate a revised quote based on the actual condition, ensuring transparency throughout the process.

At this juncture, you're presented with a choice: you can accept the updated quote or reject it. 

  • If you decide to reject the revised offer, there's absolutely no obligation. You can simply take your device back.
  • However, if you choose to accept the updated quote, the revised amount will be credited to your preferred mode of receiving payment.

It's always in your best interest and ours to ensure that the device's description matches its true state.
